"Very Good Hotel close train terminal and Cathedral"

"Worst experience of Camino"

This hotel was the worst on my whole trip on camino, When you can't get a coffee to breakfast time then you need to say no more. Avoid this place

"Great Location"

The Mapoula is in a great location. 2 minutes from bars restaurants and 6 or 7 minutes from the cathedral.Its also very handy for the commercial part of town and about 10 minutes from the train station. The room was clean with a comfy bed and a good shower, if a little on the small side. Would definitely stay again..

"Final night close to airport bus stop"

Moved hotel for our final night in Santiago to be near the airport bus for an early start. This hotel was an excellent choice. It is on the third floor but has a lift. Helpful staff let us leave luggage until check in time. Beautifully designed room, extremely clean, newly refurbished. There is a fridge, quiet a/c, electric shutters, double glazing, good lighting and a beautiful shower room. We had to leave before breakfast, but it looked very attractive. In all, a well placed, well appointed and we'll run establishment providing value for money in pleasant surroundings.

"Good, convenient hotel"

Good value hotel for a short stay. Slightly odd arrangement with reception on the third floor (but with a lift available) - but not a major issue. Room a little cramped, but it and the facilities were all perfectly adequate. Good continental breakfast.

Typical Spanish building converted into small comfortable rooms. Convenient to the Old quarter of Santiago. Ease of access a plus. Continental breakfast was more than adequate and staff very obliging. Cereals, eggs and toast available too.
