I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Madrid. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and very convenient for getting around the city. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The only small note for first-time guests is that you need to ring the doorbell at the entrance so the staff upstairs can open the door and provide the room key. This may not be obvious when you first arrive, but once you know it, everything is easy and smooth. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, excellent service, cleanliness, and very reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for a second time in Madrid, and once again, I had an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and reach all the main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and were always available to assist whenever needed. My only small note for first-time guests is that you need to ring the doorbell at the entrance so the staff can open the door and provide access. Once you know this, everything is simple and convenient. Overall, this is a great hotel with an excellent location, wonderful staff, and great value. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
