Funcionário da recepção não deu todas as informações necessárias, sem nos dizer o que realmente estava incluso, nos privando de utilizar todas as instalações do resort. Experiência poderia ter sido muito melhor se eu soubesse que poderíamos utilizar também todas as piscinas e restaurantes.

Die Lage war gut. schneller Zugang zum Hotel für Frühstück und Abendessen, Golfplatz sehr nah und schön, allerdings hörte man im Zimmer sowohl die Geräusche der Driving Range als auch die Animation aus dem Bereich der 3 Pools. Ruhige Poolanlage direkt am Hotel war eine sehr gute Alternative.

Die Aussengastronomie Buvette hat schon um 20.30 geschlossen.

Personal war sehr nett und bemüht

Unmengen Vogel- und Taubenkot in der Tiefgarage! Die gesamte Anlage sehr abgenutzt und ungepflegt, offensichtlicher Personalmangel für 4 Sterne, unmöglich! Aufgänge zu den Zimmern sehr verschmutzt! Leider wurde am Parkplatz der Anlage unser Anhänger aufgebrochen! Bei Meldung in der Rezeption wurden wir nur zur Polizei verwiesen!Leider kein Bedauern und Entgegenkommen gezeigt!
