"Thank you for my stay"

I loved the fact that I booked the wrong week for my 1nt stay, and the man on the reception couldn't help me enough to get things sorted so I could enjoy my visit to Madrid. He also had some really good recommendations of places to go and see, along with maps

As a tall person (well above 6ft) the bathroom had a step to get into, as I left the toilet each time I managed to hit my head on the doorframe. I learned to duck after a couple of times

La struttura è situata in una posizione centralissima vicino a Plaza Mayor. Facilissima da raggiungere dalla fermata della Metro(SOL).Aperta 24 ore .abbiamo conosciuto lo staff : tre persone davvero simpatiche ed accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura non è proprio nuova ma è pulita e ci hanno rifatto la stanza tutti i giorni in cui ci abbiamo soggiornato . La camera ha l aria condizionata ed anche la cassaforte in stanza.

Todo me gustó, solo el último día dejamos las maletas y cuando fuimos a buscarlas la persona que estaba nos dijo que no podíamos quedarnos en el hall más de 5 minutos… solo estábamos esperando por el Uber y tuvimos que salir.

The mattress was worn through and unconscious, the cooling from the fan was not enough (and no AC), the bed was too short for a tall person.

Muy buena ubicación.Muy limpio . Personal muy atento, nos ayudaron con las maletas y las custodiaron sin coste en recepción hasta la hora de marchar
