JUFA Hotel Salzburg City

Die Lage des Hotels ist nah am Zentrum. Das Personal war freundlich.

Das Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt und recht eng für ein barrierefreies Zimmer. Mit Rollstuhl kam man nicht neben das Bett und musste von vorne einsteigen. Das Frühstück haben wir aufgrund des hohen Preises nicht genommen.

Professional and friendly staff. The hotel room met my expectations.

The laundry staff were only available in the mornings. I wish that they were also available during the afternoon.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, vor allem Frau Eva.

Super Frühstück und gute Qualität, von allem da. Auch nachdem eine große Gruppe kam, wurde wieder sofort aufgefüllt. Perfekt!

The room and bathroom were very large. I liked that you had to request if you wanted your room cleaned. It's not always necessay to clean the room. Breakfast was fantastic. Germany and Austria - northern Europe generally - do the best breakfasts. Sooo much choice and variety. Also i noticed that thamkfully they do not provide small plastic packets of jam and butter, but instead you help yoursef to whatever you need from a larger container - so no waste. Also they give the option not to wash your towels. Austria is agead with sustainability The room was very comfortable and spacious and light, and the bathroom was luxurious. It was very close to the old town. Although it was hal an hour's walk to the city centre, I didnt mind - it was a nice walk along the river. It was also very quiet. I paid less here for a four star hotel than for a 3 star hotel in Innsbruck.

Nothing i disliked except the weather. :) it poured with rain on my first day - relentless rain and also cold although it was June! Luckily i could turn on the heating for a little bit to dry out my clothes.
