Breakfast was good... location was fantastic! Wine tour was outstanding due to Francesco! Service was excellent thanks to Gichamo and his sons!!

Loved the owners and staff. They’re great and helped make our experience great. The accommodations were good but the food and beverages were excellent.

The rooms are great in old style furnishings of the genuine period. They could use an upgrade at some point and a deep cleaning.

The property was perfectly situated at the top of a small hilltop town and our room was lovely. Francesco and the staff were very friendly and excellent in all respects. Treated us like family. The included breakfast was terrific. We also took the advantage of joining a wine tasting at Osteria Del Borgo. Erica and Francesco tag teamed the presentation of 9 local wines. We had a great time and would go again.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Osteria Del Borgo B&B. The location is perfect – right in the center of Montepulciano's historic district, making it easy to explore the town's wine shops, restaurants, and stunning views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had that authentic Italian charm you hope for when visiting Tuscany. What really made our stay special was the hospitality. The owners were welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local wineries and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with fresh pastries, good coffee, and local specialties. Their osteria downstairs is convenient if you want a great meal without going far. Franchesco's wine class was outstanding as was the wine! If you're planning a trip to Montepulciano, I highly recommend staying here. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back.

This is an ok choice if you are looking for a basic room at a reasonable price. The location is great! The standard room had limited windows/light and looked out on an alley. NO one came to clean the room (stayed 2 nights). The rooms are part of the restaurant which was closed on monday, our second day there. No one around to ask questions or request towels, cleaning or other basic items. Breakfast was ok. There was no prior communication from the hotel prior to arrival, and it was very difficult to find since it is in a limited parking zone . Took us a long time walking in the evening to find the hotel and then go back to find our car. Prior instructions would have been so helpful. No one there for checkout. Bottom line, ok basic room but communicate with hotel prior to arrival and bring your own toilet paper!

Parking was an issue. But the location was great. Giacamo and his staff were great. The restaurant is amazing.

Service exceptionnel, le stationnement est gratuit et un peu loin mais un chauffeur nous a escorté et nous à ramené à l'hôtel.
