Amazing location and great owners. They were very easy to communicate with and worked around our travel schedule. Very friendly and helpful. The room was charming and clean. I would 100% stay here again.

Everything!!! The accommodation was fabulous. The apartment is really well set out with all you need for a very comfortable stay. It’s just a few steps away from the Piazza Grande with views from the bedroom and living room windows. The Restaurant below is 10/10. The food is some of the best I’ve had in Tuscany and the panoramic terrace is a must to visit. The owners of the B&B were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The breakfast was a lovely spread of cold meats, cheese, bread, cakes, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. It was more than enough to eat. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nothing. A small suggestion of maybe providing a kettle to make coffee or tea in the apartment for those that want it. Coffee cups were provided.

The property is in a good location but it really needs some updating. The wooden beams in the ceiling had woodworm and at night you could hear it. We also found wood dust on the ground the next morning. The owners are nice and helpful with parking your car, but they don’t speak any English. No coffee maker in the room. The space is large but stuffy, dark and old. Bathroom needs cleaning and updating. Our room was in the front of the building and was noisy until midnight. Breakfast was good and had many choices, but the chairs were very uncomfortable. We were disappointed with his stay.

Location and views were excellent, the family who ran the B&B was very friendly, and the restaurant was wonderful.

Great location , just off the main square.

Our only view was an internal wall. Although the owner knew that we were both vegetarian, we were given plates of meat on each day.

A wonderful family run restaurant and B&B. Perfect for a short stay in Montepulciano.

Everything was wonderful. The best room of our Italian vacation.
