ARTS IN Hotel Conde Carvalhal

Where do I start? Amazing property and lovely stuff. The garden is so nice, the room is spacious and the view is amazing. Having the breakfast outside on the small terrace was outstanding. The breakfast itself was great, however, I would like to express my gratitude to the staff who were very kind. Location is also very good, a nice 10-15 min walk into centre of town. Definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed! After staying here, I will consider long and hard giving another place a 10 :-)

Nothing, all was close to prefect.

Wenn doch das Hotel das Frühstück in der Breite besser aufstellen würde: Nur ist mit 2 Sorten Marmelade in Supermarktabpackungen , einem Teller mit 4 Wurstscheiben und 2 Käsescheiben ,einem täglich wechselnden Stück Kuchen und (warmen) Eierspeisen (in 4 Variationen angeboten) schnell Verdruss eingetreten. In Bezug zum bezahlten Preis werde ich beim nächsten Mal nicht im Hotel frühstücken, sondern in einer der vielen kleinen Cafes bzw. Bistros in unmittelbarer Nähe wesentlich abwechslungsreicher und preiswerter meinen kulinarischen Start in den Tag absolvieren.

The property had a beautiful view of Madeira. The patio was lovely to have their made to order breakfast.

I loved it all from the accommodations to the staff.

Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great room with lovely view. A nice quiet hotel that’s walkable to old town (steep walk back) or Funchal centre. Bus stops just outside to centre or botanical gardens. Excellent breakfasts.

Le cadre et l’emplacement sont tops. Très facile de rejoindre le centre où la vieille ville à pied. Cadre de l’hôtel très sympa. Le personnel est agréable et accueillant.

Défaut d’eau chaude une matinée dans l’hôtel et aucun geste commercial.

Un acceuil très chaleureux, on prend le temps de vous conseiller , orienter . Le personnel est adorable et les petits déjeuners délicieux. Jolie vue sur la ville, à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique et du départ du téléphérique.
