Hotel Wetterstein

After a busy day in the office, I made a reservation, however at location, the staff did not show up for check in. No single response from staff, not able to get to my room, even Booking staff and others tried to reach them, but no response, so they just took my money and I could sleep in my car on the parking. After 10 calls to their emergency number and 2 hours further, I was able to cancel my booking and with great support of Booking staff, I found a fantastic new location. Nothing to add on this, but this location is clearly not an option for any business travel or pleasure, a true disaster in the field of hospitality!

Frühstück super, tolle Lage

All’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera migliore di quella che avevamo prenotato (cosa molto gradita) solo il bagno, essendo in mansarda, un po’ sacrificato nell’altezza e quando siamo usciti abbiamo chiesto un ripasso ulteriore poiché avevamo bagnato e al nostro rientro era tutto perfettamente in ordine. Lo staff tutto molto premuroso e Vincenzo è il fiore all’occhiello. Gli ambienti sono tutti molto ampi e puliti e la colazione buona, torneremo sicuramente!!!
