Great location - walking distance to Fresh Markets, Restaurants and Beach - Great city experience.

I guess I didn't realize that 2nd floor meant 4 sets of stairs. Being in our early 70's, going up and down several times a day was a good work out. The manager did help with our bags when we checked in when I realized there was not an elevator. Could have used some instructions on the air conditioning. Tried to turn it on and thought it did not turn on so we left a window open. Had a note from the manager saying please don't leave the windows open. No big deal!

Excellent location near to shopping & dining area and not far away from train station. It only takes 15 minutes. It is a good money value choice.

Clean & comfort hotel plus good hotel hosts.

The location was perfect for us to explore Nice. The room was comfortable and had a balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and bright with a balcony. The staff was friendly and early luggage drop off wasn't a problem. No elevator, so it would be a challenging place to stay if stairs were a problem.

Smells of towel. They should work on this.
