Solamente la vista al río y el castillo desde la habitación.

Las instalaciones en general necesitan una renovación urgente. La moquete estaba manchada y la rejilla de la ventilación casi no existía generando un hueco poco agradable. En los tiempos que corren no tener una caja de seguridad y un frigobar en la habitación parece una muy mala opción.

Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok z pokoju na Wawel, wygodne łóżka, ładna i czysta łazienka, duży apartament.

Brak możliwości uchylenia okna (przy małym dziecku bardzo uciążliwe przy tak wielkich oknach), istniała tylko możliwość otworzenia całego okna na oścież, a jeśli chodzi o sypialnię, to niestety, ale nie byliśmy w stanie spać głowami przy drewnianym zagłówku, musieliśmy odwrócić się w drugą stronę, ponieważ lampki nocne po wyłączeniu okropnie brzęczały. Pościel dla dziecka była czymś ubrudzona, miała jakieś okruchy na wierzchu. Personel nic sobie nie robi z obecności gości, nie można usłyszeć nawet słów "dzień dobry", mieliśmy wrażenie, że wręcz przeszkadzamy.

Bardzo udany pobyt 🙂 Duży i wygodny pokój, wszystko czyste i zadbane. Łóżka bardzo komfortowe, dobrze się spało po całym dniu zwiedzania. Śniadania smaczne i w zupełności wystarczające, duży wybór produktów. Świetna lokalizacja – blisko centrum i Wawelu. Hotel idealny na rodzinny wyjazd do Krakowa. Chętnie wrócimy 🙂
