The view from the room was fantastic. Old town was very nearby and Wawel castle is just opposite and across the river. You can sip your tea/coffee watching Wawel castle from room window. Also the breakfast was good, lots of variety.

There was no laundry available. We needed it during our stay but it was not available.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dobra cena.

Problemy z parkingiem, tylko 9 miejsc parkingowych dla gości hotelowych w małej, ciasnej i ślepej uliczce. Restauracja wydaje tylko śniadania.

Чудовий готель - прекрасне місце розташування, чисто, привітний персонал, до автобусної зупинки менше 5 хвилин. Смачний і різноманітний сніданок. Я завжди зупиняюсь лише тут. А вигляд з вікна - це окремий респект!

Very good breakfast, excellent location close to the center, wonderful view. The strongest plus was the rooftop terrace, which provided us, as a group, a lovely place to meet after sightseeing the entire day.
