Locația a fost foarte bună, aproape de centru. Apartamentul spațios, frumos decorat, curățenie, mobilier nou, salteaua și pernele bune. Micul dejun variat și gustos. Terasa de pe acoperiș oferă o priveliște superbă asupra castelului.

Nu sunt magazine alimentare în apropiere dar am primit apă în cameră în fiecare zi, din partea hotelului. Geamurile nu izolează foarte bine de zgomotul de afară de la trafic, dar nu este o problemă foarte mare pentru ca hotelul se află la circa 100m de strada principală.

Na pewno wyjątkowość hotelu to widok z okna pokoju i restauracji na Wawel. Łóżka wygodne. Na plus czajnik w pokoju.

wejście do hotelu a raczej jego recepcja - ciasna, i ciemna. Słaba pościel - i jedna płaska, cienka poduszka. W pokoju w różnych miejscach widać zniszczenia, brud (np. wykładzina, zasłony). Na pewno potrzebne odświeżenie. Cena nie była jednak atrakcyjna za takie warunki.
