El precio es correcto. El personal de recepción es atento y aporta soluciones. Se puede dejar las maletas en consigna el último día. Hay aire acondicionado.

La limpieza de la habitación es insuficiente. No entregan toalla para manos o pies y no las cambiaron en 4 días. No había perchas en el armario, ni estante en el baño para dejar cosas y arreglarse con comodidad. La cocina no estaba limpia.

Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos em todos os turnos que tratei com eles. As instalações do quarto são boas, com camas confortáveis, tomadas dos dois lados da cama de casal, casa de banho privativa limpa e com água quente. A localização é excelente.

Da noite de domingo para segunda-feira acordei às 2hs da madrugada com pessoas (aparentemente bêbadas) gritando em francês e batendo com muita força nas portas no corredor até às 4ha da madrugada, o que impediu que tivéssemos um sono de qualidade. No momento dessa gritaria não sai do quarto com receio de sofrer alguma agressão. Mas senti uma profunda falta de respeito por parte desses outros hóspedes com os demais que estavam a tentar dormir. Tive um problema também com o sistema informatizado do hotel, pois aparentemente o banco de dados de hóspedes deles foram invadidos e hackers tentaram entrar em contato comigo pelo Whatsapp com detalhes da minha reserva neste hotel.
