I absolutely loved the location to begin with. The buss station was just in front of the hotel and all transport was free. The spa facility is beautiful and well looked after. Needless to say all staff members have been marvelous, especially at the reception. Food was excellent and the selection of wines was very good as well.

I did not appreciate our neighbour blasting TV until 2 am 😅 I also did not appreciate my massage being delayed by about 10 mins.

The hotel was a wonderful surprise, exceptionally well run with very helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant was a real treat with an extensive menu every night. Location ideal, close to the centre but tucked away out of view of the busy shoppers.

Comodità al centro e buoni servizi unica nota negativa la Spa un può piccola hanno la taverna fitness non utilizzata e piscina e idromassaggio piccoli e poi dovrebbero controllare di più i bambini piccoli che stanno ore nell'idromassaggio e i genitori maleducati

Very nice room - very friendly staff - nice wellness facilities - very good breakfast and dinner!

parking is a pain and stressful - especially if you drive an SUV - even for unloading the luggage. check-out time is very early! ((10h00)
