Bassett Motel

Perfect stay at an off-season budget rate the Bassett Motel was everything we hoped it would be for our one night in Williamsburg. City Bar-B-Que was right next door, for easy dining selection. Food Lion was a short walk away for grocery pick-up, and the facility was quiet for the over-night. Rooms have direct parking lot entry, all on ground level. We arrived by bicycle, and we're a little early, yet we're accommodated with immediate check-in. No issues on our stay, and all amenities were working in our room. I would stay again.

The shower hot water could have been a little warmer. No cold water was used.

It was clean, The space was large with a fridge and microwave. Water was warm in shower and AC worked great. In a decent location close to everything we wanted. Very close to a train track but we only heard it once when we were sitting on the chairs outside. It was fairly busy and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors while in the room. No breakfast but we knew that. Just wanted to pay less for a room. Great value for money, friends stayed in other locations and felt they payed too much for there places. Would stay again.

We have stayed there several times however this time wasn’t as good as the times before. We had two beds and one was very uncomfortable Other then that all was good
