You might find it good for business, not good for family vacation. They do not have double bed rooms. The location os really far from everything.

This hotel has to many promises on the expedia website, it is outdoor in a lonely commercial neighborhood, we actually drove thru streets and were scare for our safety and we travel all over the world, the pool was green, the maintenance in our room such as silicone, door knobs and other items were actually put up by someone whom has no experience, the carpet, finishing details, this is not a hotel that should be put as of great hotel, maybe 1 star hotel. You need a car to get here. We arrive really late and the employees did not seem to care, very unfriendly and that is not normal for Turkey everyone is nice out there.

Ok not truly 5* no door BR location poor industrial area seems quiet packs de fine touch of service an ambience not bad good value for money but not my 1st choice as far from public transport pool was closed an tourist limited

Food was excellent for the price of hotel but internet was poor. I couldn’t use the internet.

The Reception staff were very professional and friendly. I had just my hand luggage with me, but the porter still insisted on helping me with it as he escorted me to my room. The hotel is well located given the area, and I felt safe throughout. My room was a bit dated but was clean. One thing you have to be mindful about though will be the extra charges if you have to eat a none inclusive meal. I ordered a meal and orange juice in the restaurant for a total quote of 35TL on paper but ended up being charged 56TL. I know some hotels will charge extra for room service, but in this case I ordered and had my meal in the restaurant. Obviously I wasn't happy with this markup and had to gently ask why, but was simply told by the huge man at the till who didn't speak any English except to order me to pay-pay! It was this man's attitude that made me mark the staff 4 out of 5. So long as you are not bothered about such things as paying a lot more than the price in the menu of a hotel restaurant, then I'll recommend this place.

If you are looking for a queit place it's a perfect but you must have a car it's about 10km away from city center. But inside tge hotel every thing is perfect. Except bathroom is open to the room without door

Very nice hotel suitable for business stay. Rooms are comfortable, Breakfast is good and Restaurant also serves limited but good dinner. Internet connection was really bad this time.
