Hotel Indigo Albufeira by IHG

Location, cleanliness, and spa breakfast was very good and service was amazing

The only complaint I would have is the lifts they need to be updated why this will be my only complaint is because I am a nervous person of lifts as I have bad experience in the past, however there is stairs if needed

Our room was amazing, always clean and tidy. Didn't get to use the pools, but when I visited the pool floor it looked spotless. The location of the hotel from the street level entrance was one of the reasons the Inigo was chosen. Not a fan of the front entrance being up so many steps though.

The main front door location was a bit troublesome to locate at first, as we got dropped off at the main taxi rank in Alberfeira Old Town. Apart from that, there was much not to dislike about the Hotel Indigo, the staff or anything really.

The location is excellent. We have a superior room and it was fabulous

Love the design of the hotel. Location was excellent and in walking distance of everything. Staff were extra friendly and couldn't help enough.

Lovely hotel! It is right in the thick of Old Town Albufeira but the hotel supplies earbuds - not that we needed them! The noise didn’t wake us once! Breakfast was amazing! Lovely food and drinks. Hotel, rooms and pool are spotlessly clean. Pool bar drinks and menu also great. Would recommend and return

The property was so central with the front opening onto the old town and the back right beside the beach. The bed was so comfortable and the room had everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, robe for the spa, coffee machine & fridge) Rooms were cleaned every day, the sun-beds had mattresses, for comfort when sunbathing. Spa was lovely and a great addition. We didn’t hear noise from our room either. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags and still use the facilities, check in wasn’t until 3.00 but they gave us our key at 1.00

The check in area was a bit small and nowhere to sit when busy.

Odor in room unbearable
