Hotel Indigo Albufeira by IHG

Lovely modern hotel, with small but comfortable rooms, nice beds lovely pool area with lots of day beds great for couples. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was outstanding.

There is a warning for this when you book. There was noise from the main strip but it wasn’t too bad. You could sleep during march season, but earplugs definitely helped to make it not noticeable at all. Not a deal breaker.

Great location in albufeira old town, less than 5 minutes to beach and restaurants just outside the front door. The staff was so helpful and the boys at the breakfast/bar were lovely especially Lawrence and Flávio. They advised me where to go eat and shop and their cocktails were amazing. There is plenty of sun loungers to enjoy. The rooms are all newly refurbished. Pool towels are provided which is always handy. There are two entrances to the hotel which I didn’t know before arriving.
