Olympic Inn & Suites Port Angeles

The room was spacious and clean.

The bed was uncomfortable and the toilet has a leak and the tank makes noises all night.

Have stayed here in the past, love the large rooms, refrigerator, microwave, & stove. Makes things so easy! Having the extra beds & tv in another room was so great too!

I think some updates could be made. The property is definitely dated. Our curtains were torn letting in the light from the lights outside which was a little inconvenient when trying to sleep. The value for the money was good though! The location was perfect! We would stay again!

Front desk staff not very friendly. Bed too close to the plug in and anytime you moved it made the light go out.

The bed was good. It is close to food options.

The room had an old musty sort of smell. The bathroom door would not close without force. The ceiling creaked due to guest in the upstairs room walking around.

Great location, quiet for being between 2 major roads, and plenty of parking

As I was booking this property. I chose it cause of the cost and the location. Upon my arrival, I didn't see that if you use a debit card, you would be charged 250 for the deposit. I was trying to use a card it card instead, so I would have to put a deposit. But the receptionist already ran my debt card . I told to hold on before running it through. But apparently, he didn't listen and did it anyway. His response to me was I already run it. As I was trying to explain, we didn't going use a card it card. Enough though we will couple days will get the deposit back. To my knowledge I wouldn't use my debit card to book this room also never say anything on the website saying if book the room with a debit card I would be charged a 250 deposit. The deposit isn't the issue it's the rudest of the receptionist.

The front desk people were very rude and didn't listen to us at all. The room didn't cool down enough for us. There were a bunch of rules that the hotel gave us and their expectations, I took a picture of it. The bed was very hard. The curtains had white stains on them. I've stayed here before. I have never had this experience before. This will be my last time we will, and my friends will never stay here again.

Location to Crabfest

Hot tub not available. Room smelled like wet dog. In-room phone did not work. Sink was leaking on the floor.
