Great location for Palace and hills. Nice food and staff.

No room for driver which we were not aware of when booking.

Very bad experience. They have allocated the room without cleaning. Used towels and unfolded bedsheets on bed .room is stinking with food smell.cant even stand for a minute. It's worst than a 1* hotel

I had a wonderful experience at Ginger Hotel, Mysuru. The staff was friendly, the services were excellent, and the overall stay was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Mysuru. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one! And the staff Rahul and Shruthi was really humble and helpful

Ginger Hotel - Great location and great staff. Went to Mysore for my first national bridge game tournament. Had a very homely stay in Ginger. The hotel itself has been updated but needs improvement. Rooms are basic but clean and freshj. The ambiance is basic. The above comment is to be taken along with my following comments. The small rooms and basic ambiance is more than adequately made up for by the most helpful front desk, dining room staff, maintenance staff and housekeeping staff. Food felt like home made food and was non greasy. The staff - Guru prasad, Yaseen, Nagendra, Basu, Rachappaji and Abdul Karim - all marvelous!!! Special mention of other staff -Chandran, Shruthi, Mohan, Rahul,, Vai bholli, Nikhil and Aditya. Thanks Ginger. Will be back again sooon. :))

Don’t judge d hotel from Outside. I too expected so but it’s more good than my expectations. Clean and neat. Food was okay. Restroom was too clean nd neat. More worth than d money I gave

Basic amenities, a lot could be improved .

Whatever provided covers’s for low budget lodging but services do not justify the room price.
