Please note that this property only provides extra mattresses in place of extra beds. Please note that the hotel will charge the credit card with a pre-authorization amount of INR 1. This amount will be adjusted against the final bill. Reservations with an invalid credit card or a credit card on which a pre-authorization charge fails shall be canceled within 24 hours of completing a booking. We are currently in the process of renovation some of our guest rooms and restaurant. During renovation, work will commence from 0900 hrs to 1900 hrs daily. As a result, there will be some construction noise and we ask for your kind cooperation. During this time the restaurant will be temporarily serviced at a new dining area. Alternatively, guests can enjoy in-room dining for added convenience. Ginger Hotels continually strives to be the best hotel in the city and we appreciate your continued support during renovation period If you have any concerns, please contact the front desk.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Its far from the city. Very inconvenient check in as they need billing first before they hand over the key. As it was from my corporate card so it was huge problem. Uncleaned corridors.. smelly small rooms.. Only the thing I checked out at 12 .. here want to mention I checked in after 9pm. Its like a Day transit room I got.

Subhajit ...uska behavior bahout accha hai. coustomer bahout acchi tarha deal kar sakta hai..dusre stuff bhi thik hai par who thoda alag hai or bahout accha ladka hai ..uske baton se asa lagta hai.
