"Great value for price"

Excellent value for the price. If you're expecting the Ritz-Carleton for motel prices you're crazy, but this place had everything you need. Working wifi, TV with cable and apps, fridge, microwave, and the room was clean. They've got a breakfast room and a Chinese restaurant on site.

The building and hallways are tired and dated, a little TLC in those areas would go a long way.

Chaque fois que je me rends à Granby, sans hésitation c’est Le Principal hôtel que je réserve longtemps en avance pour être certaine d’avoir une chambre….Merci à toute l’équipe.

"Was very dissatisfied the price I paid and the quality and place was so run down"

Nothing very dissatisfied the price I paid thru booking was $100 more than what hotel would have charged me I will not book with booking app ever again . Came with breakfast it was nothing hot only bread cereal and hard boiled egg .

Very run down pool was green , no outdoor chairs no lights in room , no shower pressure , no outlets for phone no mirror only one in the bathroom I was put in the , basement open my window saw the trash barrels . I also had to stand on a chair to turn on AC .For the price I paid not to my satisfaction at all . Every one was very nice but the maids all looked trashy .
