Breakfast was decent - free. The service at breakfast and for carrying bags was good. Staff is great and keeps the areas clean. The only issue is they do not print out any documents or email any receipts. They also do not seem to understand how the WiFi works.

WiFi was slow. I ask for cancellation and have not received it. The booking appeared to be free cancelation but the email states it isn't allowed.
