Breakfast was good, property was nearby station

Staff was ok.They need to be trained and upgrade themselves.We have been to many ginger properties in other cities like pune,kerala but staff at this property was not attentive,no one came to pick baggage.,we were calling twice thrice at reception for basic things.Staff was well mannered but they need to be trained more professional way to match up levels of ginger properties at other cities.thank you

"A very good experience at Ginger"

It was a very lovely experience dining here at ginger. Badri Narayan, Pramod Yadav and Ramesh Kaka are very sweet and helpful and offer great assistance while dining. A must visit if you’re looking for good ambience and friendly staff.

Double Charged us. They acknowledge the mistake and keep saying it will take 5-7 days, but never refunded us. It's been 6 months now. Still waiting.

"Home away from home"

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food and service from the F&B team, Housekeeping and Reception were excellent for a budget hotel. I would only suggest the rooms have a deep clean regularly to maintain the property better. Thanks to Badrinarayan, Subhashini and all the rest whose names I did not get.

"Fantastic stay"

House keeping staff was good tukaram with helping nature . Front office staff was polite and happy faces ..Ms Prachi , subhashree with helping nature. restaurant staff was also good .....Badri , pramod , prakash , ramesh all were good in service.....Nice stay

"A comfortable stay!"

The stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The staffs were very accommodating and hospitality was very warming. Overall experience was good. A loud shout out to the staffs especially Badri, Phyodemo and Pramod for being so generous and helpful.
