What a great place to stay when visiting the Niagara area. Very friendly and efficient staff, lots of free parking, lovely, spacious suite with full size fridge and microwave. Convenient location - close to outlet shopping, wineries and Niagara-on-the-Lake. If you're looking for a great place to stay on a budget (remember, this is a student residence), then this is your place!

Mattress could have been more comfortable and more pillows.

check in/check out was fast and service was good, in the evening i notice staff would have friends visit and made the visit awkward, as one would make loud screaming noises as i walked by in the lobby. the cleaning staff were friendly, lobby was very clean. the rooms were clean but our room was very dark and dim especially the washroom.

The property was as described. 2 bed rooms and 1 bath and kitchen area. Easy location to get to and go around Niagara on the lake.

The room smelled like smoke/ dirty. The blinds did not work and there was no window coverings.

It’s clean and quiet.

Someone else's pass card opened my door when I was in bed relaxing, called down to front desk, spoke eith them next day it's been 4wks and no apology/follow up. Only dark cloud on my trip!
