The nightstand had power outlets right next to the bed, which made it easy to charge my phone overnight.

The towels were thick and freshly laundered. You can tell they invest in quality linen, which isn’t always a given.

The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the temperature control worked flawlessly. That’s not always the case in budget hotels.

"You Won’t Put On Weight Here"

6.0

So here I’m going to write an honest review (and not one that the manager tried to get me to write before I left). Good bits: Lovely clean pool areas and plenty of sun beds. Good variety of drinks and good cocktails. . Cat and kitten heaven - they are everywhere especially first thing in the morning 🐈 . Rooms could do with a little bit of work but were absolutely fine for us. Mostly friendly staff. Not so good bits: Very few British people staying and whilst this is not really a problem, it meant that we were not included in the entertainment and this felt a little isolating. The chap in charge of the entertainment team and the lady that works with him did not speak to us once during the entire week. 3 power cuts during our stay. One night spent in the dark. Unable to get drinks and weirdly it stopped the water working so couldn’t flush the toilet/wash hands etc. Now for the biggy…food. Very little choice, especially for children. You will not be able to get chips, nuggets, pasta etc for your kids. Maybe some bread but no butter at lunch or dinner. Food would often run out if you weren’t there early and what was on offer was not consistent. For example, steak was cooked. If you weren’t there early then it would have all gone and then replaced with something else, usually chicken. Difficult to get a table if you arrive at the restaurant between 7-9pm. Sometimes no cutlery. If you like salad and cheese you’ll be fine at every meal. We had to eat out several times and would thoroughly recommend Elvis’ Bar just around the corner where you will find a good, varied menu, at a good price and a cracking atmosphere. We ended up here most evenings as we were all starving! Overall we had a nice week with friends but the food was a big issue for us as it felt like the hotel could not cope with the capacity and the lack of options made life difficult,

"Ok experience."

We have just came back from a week long trip with family and friends. Altogether there were 5 children in the group, aged 15, 15, 13, 13 and 3. We come from England, and are standardly picky when it comes to food. At the restaurant at every meal time, most adults were able to find something, for example at breakfast - bread (most of the time without butter) and fried eggs. Other than that the kids were unable to find anything to their taste, and it was very difficult every meal time to find something. The restaurant never served the basics, chips, nuggets and pasta, therefore the kids had to stock up on food from the snack bar, and go hungry for dinner. Safe to say, the menu wasn’t inclusive for everyone’s taste type, resulting in spending and extra £500 on eating at a restaurant most nights. Aside from the food situation, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the air con was helpful in the 40 degree heat. The pool was clean and refreshing, and finding sun beds weren’t an issue. Music was played during the day, a lot of turkish music though. However, during our stay, we were asked to move from our sun beds multiple times so they could play darts. The dart board was pinned up against a tree, which is inconvenient and frustrating to move, when there is plenty of other places to play it. The wi-fi was shocking in our room, and had asked to get it sorted out on numerous occasions and nothing was ever done, meaning we weren’t able to contact family. Aside from that, the hotel was nice, clean and friendly.

My check-out was at 7 a.m., and the receptionist already had my invoice printed and ready. It saved me time, and the entire stay felt smooth from beginning to end.
