The ambiance is nice, just a bit hot but the city lights view and ambiance cancels the atmosphere. Had a great experience!

It was located with in walking distance to many malls, restaurants, and very cool city view out the windows.

We were in 3 bedroom suite. The interior design was modern, clean and very cozy for our family of 6 (in laws, adults) the kitchen amenities were sufficient for us to have breakfast on one of the mornings we stayed (4 nights) All the staff are friendly, attentive, courteous and hospitable . The washer dryer in the suite was an added bonus. The location is at the heart of Ortigas center and conveniently accessible thru a healthy stroll on foot. The indoor pool was amazingly nice not to mention the spacious jacuzzi hot tub. The breakfast buffet was average compared to other hotels we stayed in the area feeling that it’s more for business style rather than a weekend getaway event. We’ll surely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Wonderful Stay! My friends and I had a great experience during our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt very welcoming. We’d also like to commend Vincent from Housekeeping—he took great care in keeping our room tidy and made sure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and friendly approach really added to our stay. We truly appreciated the warmth of the staff, which made our visit even more relaxing and enjoyable. We’re definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Superb Service! My friends and I dined at this hotel and found the staff to be incredibly hospitable. At first, we were unsure of the restaurant's location, but thanks to Ms. Erika from Housekeeping, who met us in the lobby, we were guided to the restaurant. She immediately assisted us and suggested some delicious food options. We want to thank her for the recommendation; the laing bagnet was absolutely delicious! Also, the public area attendant, Yel, was very approachable and friendly. We are excited to return!

Very frustrating check-in experience. For a 5-star hotel, waiting an hour for our room is not okay. Check-out is at 12 pm and check-in is at 3 pm—there’s already a 3-hour gap, yet the room still wasn’t ready. Uploaded a photo to follow up our room after 30 mins. Guess what?! We got out room after an hour 4:08pm. On top of that, the facilities, especially in the lobby, sitting areas have wet & dirty marks.

Average hotel with quite a lot of room for improvement. The sink and shower in room didn’t drain properly. The bed linen was old with stains. The room was not cleaned well - plates from room service the night before were not removed from the room, and a pistachio I dropped on the floor remained there during my 4 night stay. Breakfast was ok.
