"NEEDS a major refresh and refurbishment"

Stayed at this property in a two bedroom suite on the fourth floor. It is very worn, has ripped carpeting and just not fresh at all like we usually experience with Homewood suites. Not impressed at all, did not seem clean just dingy and dark.
