I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout. The location is perfect — close to golden temple & peaceful too. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel and love to stay again!

The room was in bad condition: fridge was broken and as we were with the child we were asking reception to repair it as we have to keep yogurt for daughter. It didn’t happen. Also the problem with the voltage , light the time it was blinked, was little scary to charge phone and when we got the iron to use it we turned off light in full room. Mirror is broken, bathroom is dirty. I mean it’s not super critical but definitely not what we wished when booked the hotel

Cleanliness and staff. Good facility and good food

It was just Ok, any hotel with similar tarrif provide BF, but I was charged for 2 pax Room no 116, 117 both which we occupied, unable to understand as to why such treatment with us, even that staffs at Breakfast room are also not properly trained to deal with corporate clients I understand. We were given rooms in the 1st floor which was in very bad shape, repair work was going on , coridore ambience was not well. More importantly what we find that no of staffs are very limited and receiption team is not trained, Items were not replenished at the breakfast table.

Value for money and buffet breakfast is the best
