This was our first experience staying in a motel. The price is very good considering the location. We had a wonderful day and night at this establishment. The employee kindly helped us with the air conditioning adjustment. We were also pleased with the free parking and the refrigerator with microwave in the room.

It's possible to update or repair some of the shelves in the room, but to be honest, we didn't use them because we were walking around the city, so not a big problem

It is out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls and yet walking distance to get to the main attractions of the falls. The rooms were okay for sizeable the beds were comfy.

My rooms air conditioner wasn't working thus making it hard to sleep at night. The staff was friendly and accommodating but wasn't around much to take care of issues that came up.
