Fantastic location for what we needed. Near restaurants and coffee shops. Very quiet accommodations. Enjoy the breakfast in the morning as well. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel was very welcoming and the decor was excellent. The staff were so kind when we checked in very late at night. We stayed in a king suite with a pull out sofa and kitchen area. The space was perfect for three adults. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. We enjoyed having the kitchen area, although we didn't use it too much. The breakfast was amazing and varied in items each day. There were hot items, baked goods, fruit, bagels/toast, etc. There is a parking fee of $15 per day. We would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and I have found it to be clean, the staff to be helpful and the food to be good. The location is great in Redmond and access to the freeway is easy. It's why I stay here 20+ times a year.

The room was a one bedroom kitchenette. Roomy and nice! Pet friendly as well, our dog enjoyed her stay with the dog park just a few steps away! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

Mattress could use an upgrade in our room.

在REDMOND区域，酒店周边很安静，人也比较少，去到TOWN CENTER走路15分钟就可以达到，周边有一些餐馆，如果想找一些亚洲餐馆，需要走路10-20分钟左右，但也不远，走路15分钟有QFC等中型超市可以采购。开车十几分钟可以去看看微软总部及游客中心。 三星酒店整体比中国的三星酒店要好很多，超过预期。比downtown的酒店价格肯定是要便宜一些。离downtown开车半小时左右。 我们定的套房，卧室和客厅分开，有充分的空间。还配有小厨房，配置大冰箱，微波炉，洗水池，餐具，各种厨房用品，感觉可以做菜了。如果在这里住的时间比较长，或者带小朋友的家庭建议选择套房。卫生间的洗手池和浴室是分开的，有较大的衣帽间。客厅还有一个小衣帽间，也可以挂衣服，有一个双人沙发和茶几。客服整体布局还不错，设计现代，干净整洁。 早餐餐厅位置很充裕，菜品会及时补充。服务人员见到了会打招呼，临走还会表达感谢和祝愿。也可以选择拿了早餐回房间吃，餐厅门口提供咖啡和茶，也可以自己接了拿回房间。印象中多数国家的多数酒店都不可以拿早餐回房间吃。这里订房可能就默认含早餐，所以去吃早餐直接进，没有工作人员查房间号和登记。 游泳池虽然不大，但是游的人较少，也比较清静。水温温暖，旁边提供浴巾。没有特别的更衣室，只有一个小型沐浴间，不分男女。泳池刷房卡就可以进入，比较自由。 大堂各种椅子，沙发，在窗边有配有充电孔的椅子和小桌子。沙发旁有一个小火炉，天气冷的时候坐在沙发上还挺暖和的。商务中心有免费使用的台式电脑和打印机，还提供了一些文具。电梯挺大的，方便各种行李进入，人多也不局促，也不用刷卡。

每天的早餐基本相同，贝果不是很好吃，感觉像塑料。

Comfortable bed. Responsive, friendly maintenance staff. Convenient location. Ample parking.

Breakfast..not fresh. Plumbing. Noisy air conditioning.
