The check in was very easy and the staff was polite. I will return to this place

We arrived at 9:50 on a Saturday nite. The office was closed (despite a sign stating they are open until 10pm on Saturdays). We rang their bell several times, but no answer. I then checked my email and found an email with a phone #. We were told they close at 9 (contradictory). We were told about a lock box combo and after a number of tries we got a room key. We had 2 dogs with us which we didn’t tell them about cuz there was nobody to talk to. We received a call after we checked out the next day that we had to pay an extra $76 for the dogs, and we needed to go back and pay them. This fee was more than I’ve ever paid for dogs (it’s usually $10/dog.) This was not made clear. The room was nice, but they were very difficult to deal with, and not even nice about any of it. She had an attitude of “no sympathy” and impatience. None of their policies or procedures were made clear. Very bad experience.

The room was fine, but they are currently fixing their roof, so there are large machines and vehicles one needs to avoid in the parking lot.

This is a scam place. We paid online and waited more than an hour for the woman hiding inside to check us in. The entire roof is ripped off this place and the roofers are telling us she's hiding inside. No one answers the phone, no one answers anything. We're out $150 and no where to stay. I'm blown away and have never had this happen. We paid for a room and cannot get anyone to open the lobby to check us in!!! We've been here since 5 pm and are finally leaving at 6 pm. Y'all, what the actual hell is happening???

Nice staff

This place was surprisingly clean and pleasant staff was very kind and helpful the bed was comfortable pillows were great and I love that the AC heating unit had a feature for a constant fan which gave me the continuous White Noise I need all night long instead of hearing things turn on and off all night.

The price for the room for 1 night through Expedia was way too high!!

2 double beds, desk/chair, upholstered chair, dresser, large nightstand with 2 big drawers, micro, fridge. Tub/shower and toilet in one room, sink in another. Clean, front desk staff friendly. A/C and WiFi worked well. The accessory plug on the bedside lamp didn’t work, but they did have a number of other wall plugs available. Turntable missing out of microwave. Water took a good two minutes to get warm, I almost gave up on it. They had extra pillows and blankets in the dresser drawer which was nice to offer but they should have been stored on the rack over the clothes hangers as you had to take them out in order to use the drawers.
