Kahvaltı, çalışanlar, tesisin genel olarak imkanları ve dizaynını çok beğendik. 631 numaralı odada kaldık ilk gün hariç odamızı temizleyen hanımefendiden çok memnun kaldık ilk gün başkası gelmişti. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Balayımız olduğu için çok güzel jestler yapıldı çok mutlu olduk..

מלון שקט, מתקנים מצוינים, המלון בנוי בצורת כפר מיוחד. שירות לקוחות אדיב מאוד מאוד ומקצועי. יש במלון מינימרקט שפתוח עד הלילה ושאטלים לחוף היום ובתוך המלון.

זה כמו כפר נופש.. קיבלנו חדר מרוחק מאד מהבריכה, מחדר האוכל, מהכל.. למי שמחפש יותר פרטיות ושקט זה מעולה.. זה הקונפסט.. אהמממ בשביל להגיע לחדרים יש עלייה גדולה וצריך לחכות לשאטל שיגיע כל 20 דקות.

Sun beds too many too close together - not enough shaded areas only big seating areas which means you are sat with others

The hotel is exceptional. We checked in at around 8pm, and were greeted warmly after a long journey. We were offered dinner in the dining hall which was appreciated. The food in the restaurants is top notch, and suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians should it need to be. The staff are warm and friendly throughout the hotel. The pool area is lovely, and there are a lot of sunbeds to use, although they are taken up quickly. The location of the hotel is great, close to Rhodes old town, but away from the hustle and bustle of Faliraki. There's a bus that goes to Rhodes old town for 2.50 and the bus accepts card. The hotel has it's own bus service that runs constantly and goes up and down the resort taking people to rooms and the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious.

We had a room with a pool, and just by nature of the time of year, the pool was not warm enough to swim in yet. If these were slightly heated, it would be ideal. There is a shop on the site which sells all sorts of things you might require, it's a bit more expensive than the shops just outside the resort,
