The staffs were very welcoming except for the manager

I lost my sunglass (Prada) worth 40,000 INR in the lobby and when I asked the manager to check the footage, the manager wasn't helpful and to my dismay, there was a Blindspot where I can see the suspect sit on the sofa where I left my sunglass but the pillar is blocking the camera where I can't see the suspect taking my sunglass. I went through the whole footage and no body sat there until I got there to check for my sunglass and it wasn't there so I am positive that the suspect definitely took it. What is more disappointing is the fact that the manager lied to me that the suspect checked out from the property already. I shared the incident to my friend who happens to be friends with the property owner and she was kind enough to let me know that the suspect was still residing in the hotel if I wanted to inquire. I am very disappointed with the managers capacity to handle the situation wherein the staffs and security guards were kind enough to ask me if I got back my sunglass.

The location is good, clean campus. Room size.

The restaurant is vegetarian only. The bathroom was not clean to a good standard.

It was a good experience

Hospitality- awesome. Staff, specially the restaurant staff were very very good.
