I liked the indoor heated pool and how the staff were nice. I absolutely loved that the entire property was non-smoking. I also loved how friendly other guests were, especially the two ladies that were by the whirlpool when my son and I swam, they were very nice. The shower and bath was amazing and the shower head had amazing pressure to it, definitely helped my back relax after a long day.

The bed was very uncomfortable and loud. The temperature wasnt the best and the room definitely needs some upgrades done to it to have it up to date. My door didnt match up with the siding so it made it have a gap where light came through.

Tv didn't work properly in my room, and the two other rooms that people I knew stayed in. The front desk at night staff is unprofessional. People that she must have known came and lots of telling/family drama happened right in front of me and my kids

Breakfast was quite poor. All carbs, limited fruit and almost no protein. There was a QR code in the room for hotel information that was hacked and opened a dangerous website in my phone.

All Seasons holds a very special place in my heart. My family was the VERY FIRST customers back in 1985 (different ownership of course) but I have been coming here on and off for 40 years. Overall, the upkeep has been consistent and the place looks AMAZING! In fact, the renovations that they have done were great choices and smart investments while still keeping some of the original charm! Everything is up to date, clean and classic all at once. The best part of this hotel was the pool temperature! We can’t say enough good things about this aspect as we could throughly enjoy our pool time with the whole family without getting too chilly like you often exerience at other hotels. However, there are a few things that could be considered when thinking about needs improvement. For starters, most of the workers were more like robots and had no interest in engaging with the guests. A smile can go a long way!!! This does NOT speak for ALL however, as we had a nice encounter with one worker who was very helpful and kind. Another thing that could be updated would be the fridge in the room, not only is it quite small but the freezer had significant ice buildup which we had to resolve. Another thing that wasn’t ideal was the tv remote, as it would not properly work for the volume, we had the choice of loud or mute. Lastly, the breakfast wasn’t terrible but could use a little improvement on quality and variety. We were grateful for this amenity regardless. Overall, we will be back and enjoyed our visit! The positives definitely outweighed the negatives. I look forward to making new memories here with my family as I did growing up!

The hotel is well maintained, and we've stayed there many times over the years. Service is always consistently good, abs the staff is friendly and helpful.
