"The stay was great. Breakfast was not great! Needs improvement"

It was clean and I also like the swimming pool and hot tub

Breakfast it need to improve! The bread was hard and stale bagels muffins were cold and nasty . It need to be eggs and some kind of meat and a better selection of breakfast

"The location was terrific, saw so much of the Cape with this location. The reception staff is the best."

"Bring your own coffee!"

The TV had to be reset every night by the Staff because the volume would not decrease. The Staff were rude when we asked them to reset it. There are safes in the room, but they are inoperable. We were told that they run on special batteries and needed to be ordered. This was in both rooms that we booked. Breakfast opened at 7:00 AM and was ok except that the coffee was not drinkable. We asked if we could use the Keurig maker in the lobby and were told not until after 10:00 AM. Several guests were complaining about this too.

"Pleasant, clean, comfortable motel in an excellent location"

The location and property were excellent! We didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool or have the breakfast but the pool looked wonderful! Our room was clean and quiet with a nice patio area.

The towels were small and thin and the safe in our room didn’t work. We would have liked a microwave and tea instead of just coffee in the room.
