Location, staff and price was all great.

The motel is obviously dated and lacking in some basic areas but I see them making efforts to improve, our room was overall good, the sheets did have some sunscreen stains on them which is part of beach life. The rooms were superficially clean, would have liked a more detailed cleaning. One of the two AC units in our suit didn't work.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff provided great customer service and were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The pool area was also very nice and made for a relaxing experience.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Everything was well kept and the overall experience was very enjoyable.

A month ago they were accommodating and fixed there error as my friend is handicapped. As long as we gave them a good review. Liked the place and the room with kitchen on 1st floor RM 108. Gave them the benefit of the doubt with the error on there end. Called property before I booked the deluxe room with kitchen to verify if it was available on ground level with kitchen. Was told yes. Booked it, called back so they could put everything into the booking so our room would be correct. Also, if possible to arrive early and use the pool and beach even if room wasn't ready. Was told absolutely. Arrived, tried to charge me $10 per hour for arriving early, was told no one told me that or spoke to me on the phone. If I gave a good review they would wave the $10 fee as it was 3pm. Arrived to our room, ground level. Great they made everything right this time as they confirmed on the phone 2x. NO THEY DID NOT....NO KITCHEN, TINY ROOM. WAS a SHIT SHOW!! TO SAY THE LEASE. OWNER RUDE, WOULD NOT ACCOMIDATE US. HANDICAP ACCOMMODATING IS NOT GUARANTEED!!! THE ROOM FROM A MONTH PRIOR WAS GETTING CLEANED, ASKED WHY WE COULDNT HAVE THAT ONE. SAID THERE WAS ISSUES WITH IT. They also like saying, that's not the room you booked with the kitchen. We left and spent a few hundred on another Motel. This just didn't happen to me, was happening to 3 others while I was there. Another party that booked for a week went elsewhere as well.
