Wifi kept going out so wasn't able to watch tv. Got moved to a different room still kept messing up even after someone came to fix it.

Getting in my car and finding a safer, cleaner place to sleep.

Disgusting atmosphere, inside and outside. Bedrooms smelled like mildew, bed sheets were stained and dirty, parking lot had drug deals going on, seemed like a place that welcomed trouble. Definitely chose to leave even without a refund being an option from management.

We stayed by accident a couple of years ago when we couldn’t get into the Grand Seas gor a couple of days.. Expecting the worst and was very pleasantly surprised. Now we just book all our stays at Labella!

The property is so cute and accessible. We had no issues with parking or accessing anything we needed. Everything was kept clean and we felt safe.

The location to the beach was excellent. The pool was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom fan and light are connected and it was noisy.

The young man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating

We had no toilet paper or tissues upon check in. There was no utensils or plates. The floors made our feet black so we were shoes the entire time. We had to ask for new bedding and pillow cases upon check in as well. I was given free late check out and woken up to pounding on the door and ahe wasnt informed.
