close to all the main attractions and had close parking

thankfully i read all of the details and knew to check in at the hotel at the bottom of the hill but i can absolutely see how that could be confusing to some people

The proximity to the infamous Gatlinburg strip was a comfortable walk. Also, the jacuzzi and balcony view were great!

The interior was a little worn and outdated.

We loved the layout of the room, as well as the balcony. The view was gorgeous! The water pressure in the shower was top tier level , the shower there was amazing! The bathroom was great size! Customer service was great at check in and out ! Thank you ! Can’t wait for next time!

The tv was a great size but only satellite channels. The bed was comfortable for my boyfriend, but he likes the beds more firm. The wall was a bit thin one night, we heard the neighbor next to us doing adult things.. other than that it was perfect!!

The only thing was when we first got there and checked in when we walked into the lobby where our room was it smelled really bad
