Worst customer service. Two rooms under same name allocated on different floors. Breakfast is just name sake. NO BREAD WHATSOEVER FOR Breakfast. Onii look y Bagels. When you complaint , just get an thank you from staff.

Al lllegar la chica de recepción no fue muy amable ! Y mi reservación tenía estacionamiento incluido, al llegar ahí me dijeron que eso no era válido porque ellos siempre cobran la estancia por noche en su estacionamiento. La habituación no estaba muy limpia.

I was not impressed by room. I was in the smallest room they possibly had and it was behind the elevator . I had the joy of hearing, feeling and shaking from the elevator all night. I felt it would be point less to complain because these rooms are probably given to customers who book in apps such as hotels.com , i wont stay here again.
