"Good"

The manager didn't care about anything. We were there 7 nights and had our room cleaned once after my wife went to the front desk and requested it. Every day she had to go get fresh towels. She was told they only get chaged every 4 days. I would never recommend this or any other marriott location.

The hotel is in a nice location. The General manager was exceptional after we confronted him with roaches in the room . he took off one night and going to get an exterminator to come in

"We’ll be back!"

Our stay at Towne Place Suites was nothing short of amazing! We were in town for my son’s football tournament and everything was amazing! We ended up arriving a little earlier than our check in time and were able to go right to the property to check in. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always met with a smile! Our room was really clean, and the bed was SO comfortable! Breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect and close to everything, and check out was nice and easy. We’ll definitely be staying there next year when we come back!

Nothing honestly, everything was really nice! Especially with such a large group of us traveling! If had to pick one thing I would say the view, but again the location and convenient proximity to everything we needed and more was worth it!

I was very happy with my stay at TownePlace suites at rock Hill. The only feedback I have is the pool was not open on the hottest days and then when it was open, It was the day before our checkout day put a damper on that portion of the trip. Thank for being accommodating.
