La struttura era comoda ai servizi se hai l’auto

Il personale non era molto friendly, ho chiesto di pagare con due carte diverse le due camere che avevo prenotato e mi sono trovata l’addebito sulla mia (ho sempre pagato con due carte in 8 hotel del nostro tour). Inoltre ho un addebito ulteriore di 30$ che ho chiesto in reception, la loro risposta (non sapevano nemmeno loro) è stata di ricontrollare che tra qualche giorno ci sarebbe stato l’accredito e se così non fosse di chiamare, che per me a fine vacanza chiamare dall’Italia sarebbe stato molto complicato.
