The Local House

Exactly as presented. At the end of the “hotel strip”, it is quiet and has a slower feel. Clean, comfortable with a welcoming staff. (Abner on evenings).Tastefully decorated, the bathroom could use some safety updates in the glass shower with the very slick floor. Room 17 has small balcony with palms on the street and a view if one looks for it. We were very pleased.

Boutique styling, very comfortable bed and staff very friendly. Location was great.

The rooftop pool and bar provide a serene, stylish retreat with impressive city skyline vistas, complemented by a superb restaurant serving fresh, eclectic cuisine. The staff are notably friendly and welcoming, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, The Local House delivers outstanding comfort, cleanliness, and location, making it a highly recommended choice for Miami Beach.

One minor drawback is the bathroom privacy glass, which transmits significant light into the sleeping area—especially on its automatic timer during nighttime use—potentially disturbing light sleepers.
