Dirty public areas, toilet needs some work- didn't flush to well and they anticipate problems as the plunger was in the room, water wasn't to hot for the shower

The hotel is getting to be rundown, the floor had cracks in it, the hallway carpet was stained and faded.

Desk Staff was very helpful. Water available nice touch.

It was quiet and clean. It was easy to find and convenient to attractions. Good value.

It had some obvious signs of age. The vending /ice machine area had NO vending machine & the ice machine was broken. I had to go to another floor for ice.

Stay was acceptable but not amazing. Room needed repaired-tub drain won’t stay open unless you prop it open. Large area on the ceiling that is patched and discolored from a water leak. One entire corner of the room is patched and painted poorly with a mismatched wall color. Pillows are very flat. Kids were running wild in the halls and dogs were barking early in the morning right across the hall from us.

Sheets were clean and the shower had nice hot water. The location was good and close to a lot of places we wanted to go.

The elevators needed a little cleaning, one had used gum stuck to the floor and could have used a good mopping.

I went down to get the complimentary breakfast like I do anytime I stay at a holiday inn. However, I quickly realized that this wasn’t your standard complimentary breakfast. I went to talk to someone at the front desk and wait 5min before giving up. I went back to the room and called down to ask if the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast and the man rudely responded by stating it’s definitely not complimentary. In the future I will stay down the road in Shiloh where they take care of their guests with respect and include a complimentary breakfast. Or maybe I will start staying at the Durry across the street who has a free happy hour and breakfast.
