Old Manse Inn

Great location in the mid Cape. Easy walk to some restaurants and the Breakwater beach. The attention to detail and the personalized service was second to none, the innkeepers Brian and Charlie went out of their way to help and make the stay the best they could. The breakfast in the morning was creative and exceptional. There are plenty of areas throughout the house and on the property to relax and unwind. The happy hour was another unexpected great touch. Traveling during the pandemic was a concern, but the communication before we left for the trip and the preparation and preparedness from the inn during our stay made us feel as comfortable as possible. There were wipes and hand sanitizer at all the entrances as well as on each floor. The breakfast had plenty of social distancing both inside and out. We can’t wait to return, it was a great break and knowing they have all the safety procedures in place put our minds at ease to just enjoy our time away.

This bed and breakfast was amazing! Very historic, comfy and clean. Brian was a perfect host and the breakfast was delicious and entrees changed every morning. Best Cape Cod authentic bed and breakfast - we will return soon!

Very clean, quaint bed and breakfast. We had a very quick visit however it was our anniversary and we came home to a balloon and box of chocolates with a very nice card from the owners :) definitely was a very nice gesture. We will hopefully be returning sometime for a longer stay.

It had the most amenities of any Inn we stayed at with wine, cheese, grapes available at cocktail hour. Fresh made cookies available all day, as well as bottled water, soft drinks and excellent coffee any time. Relaxing rooms inside and outside areas with soft music. Robes, beach towels, lawn chair, umbrella. You name it, they provide it. The friendliest hosts, who never indicated they were rushed. Excellent.

The room was too small and everything creaked. The floor boards were loose and could have potentially caused splinters if you were in bare feet. Overall disappointed in the room on the 3rd floor. My husband was more disappointed than I was but we still had a nice time with relatives on the Cape.

Lovely bed and breakfast style inn that truly feels like being at home. The staff were lovely and the bed was ridiculously comfortable.

Wonderful time, great amenities and professional friendly staff. The owners really know customer service and how to build relationships and in our short stay we felt like we shared their home with them. It was great!
