My room was away to the side in shade . I requested sun view facing pool view but didn’t get request.

The Pool Guy who got rid of our Cockroach in the bathroom! Also close to main strip if I really had to give this awful place a compliment.

Assigned the only north-facing studio (220) with zero natural light on a wide open, non-private terrace that adjoins reception and a noisy water fountain beside us that starts at 9am. Icy fridge ruined our food no matter what the dial at. A light fitting dangling over my bed. Severely lacking basic things like enough towels & toilet paper (only give you 2 loo rolls for the week, mega tightwads). Any extras have to be rented, sun mats, parasols, fan, toasters, even the donated books from previous guests. Sunnier studios given to arrivals despite our pleas to move. Kitchen tap scalds yet shower water runs cold after only 1 shower, not enough to 2. Sparking dodgy plug. Cleaners always plugged sinks & tub , maybe for blockng cockroaches? – one was seen in bathroom. Pool usage highly discouraged by extensive rules & shower mandates before each entry. Abundant restrictive signage kills vacation vibe. Dated, dreary, depressing accommodation condemned us to a sunless sentence. Please avoid No. 220 - doesn't match website photos or reviews clearly for other rooms. We felt duped.

Everything .quiet clean .friendly .Good location .

The location of the hotel is tucked away from the main road, so It was relatively quiet at night. The cleaners were friendly. I was lucky with the room, as the outdoor space has plenty of sun throughout the day. I did not use the pool, but it looked really clean. The staff at reception were there when required
