My room was above the entrance so I could hear activity early in the morning and late at night but I like to sleep with the windows open.
USBeautiful grounds and great amenities. Room was spacious and well equipped. Extras like the beach chairs and coolers were unexpected delighters.
Room had deficiencies in maintenance but we really appreciated the responsiveness and accommodation from the management. The listing on booking.com felt like a bit of a bait and switch with terms like ‘sea view’ turning out to be a partial ocean view vs. full ocean view. I don’t think a reasonable person would interpret it that way. I also did not like the room rate being advertised as lower than average until you actually get to the payment part and the price goes up by $1k+ for cleaning, fees, and taxes. That also felt like a bait and switch.

HKUSThe room was very spacious and the balcony on a 2BR was huge! So nice having that outdoor space.
It would have been nice to have more restaurant and bar options onsite. The location was at the far end of the resort strip and less walkable than other resorts further down the strip. It was nice to be close to the food trucks.
