Convenient to the highway. Quiet.

Tiny pitiful pillows. We actually went next door to the Sam’s Club and bought two pillows. Needs updating as it is older and a little run down. Also a large construction crew were staying the week and cleaned out all the breakfast fruit.

The employees were very kind and friendly. My room was very clean.

The hotel is older and could use some updating. There were many places on the walls that showed remnants of things that had been removed or broken off.

I booked a king room,and got a queen room, at that time i just put stuff inside and went out to eat. When i came back and realised its a queen room i went to complain to receptionist.The receptionist was extremelly rude and told me that on her screen i reserved a queen room,and she said that probably booking made mistake and there is nothing she can do. I tried to express my point of view,and told her that that is not my concern, that is between hotel and booking,my only concern is that i payef for king room. She replied that there is nothing she can do and that she doesn't want to comunicate with me anymore about that. I went outside for 10 minutes, when i came back,she told me she made mistake and that i can change the room if i want, i said now i don't want,its okey. So overall bad experience, its not hard to be reasonable and polite. Also other receptionist ,the mext morning when i went to check out,she didn't ask single question-like how was your stay,wa everything okey... Not even good morning,or good bye,come to us again... She didn't say a single word. Even when cow enters a stable says "moo"

Enjoyed waffles each day. Friendly staff in the breakfast area.

So much noise from outside - traffic, sirens, etc. I kept checking to see if the window was open because of how loud it was. I've stayed at hotels near airports that haven't been this loud. Also smelled cigarette/pot smoke in the hallway.

Convenience to my destination

No ice machines available, music playing somewhere beginning at 4:30am

Great customer service! Staff was very attentive!

The room had mold in the bathroom. It was not as clean as it should.
