Infinity pool and spa

Would have been great it the water park was open but it was being painted. Also the only bar in the hotel was in the pool/spa area which we weren’t allowed in because my husband had a small tattoo on his shoulder. Apart from a Chinese restaurant and a 7/11, there are no other options within walking distance.

スパはday useでまた行きたいと思います。 残念な点 ⚫︎スタッフの方に勧められて、5000円追加料金を、払って山側から海側にしました。シーサイドのビューはよかったらですが、お部屋にはいって、スタンドライトのランプシェードの汚れとシミにがっかりしました。 ⚫︎ツインベッドの一つがシーツはセットされていたのですが、その下にあったベッドマットにカバーをかけていなかったため、不完全の状態で、見えなくすべきものが見えてたこと、スプリングの音がして、がっかりでした。 ⚫︎7000円のディナーコース(アクア)のメインコースでガーリックシュリンプを選びましたが、エビのサイズが小さすぎて、驚愕しました。

ロビーのBARでは持ち込み禁止なのは理解したが、食べるもの（お酒のおつまみ等）が極端に少ない。乾き物すら満足に用意していない ビールも注文する都度、BARを離れてレストランに取りに行く。会計も「部屋付でいい」と言っているのに極端に遅い。 BARのスタッフの対応はとても満足だが、システムは最悪。値段不相応。 今時テレビの画面が小さい。10,000円で泊まれるホテルの方がホスピタリティは良い。 宿泊者に対しても駐車場代が別（1,000円）。意味不明。 一般道からホテルへの入り口が分かりにくい（表示がない）。館内に喫煙スペースもなく、喫煙者を締め出すような喫煙スペース（外）。 コンシェルジュは近隣のレストラン等の情報を把握していない。駅の周辺に居酒屋があるくらい、という案内。外に出ればラーメン屋など何件も食べるところはある。 折角なので地元の食事をと思ったが、館内のレストラン以外で食べようとする客には興味なし。 ここのプリンスホテルには以前のプリンスホテルの輝きがない。胡坐をかいているように思える。APAホテルあたりで現代のホテル事情を勉強された方がいいと思う。 雰囲気と値段だけは高級ホテル気どり。

Onsen and spa - well organised, with all possible amenities. Heated infinity pool. English speaking employee at the reception. Very friendly staff in every part of the hotel.

Breakfast not included in the price. Dinner was a bit too expensive for the quantity, but the food was delicious.

The location is not so convenient to move around without a car. If yoi are not local or not familiar with the area, there is little option except to wait for a taxi at the taxi stand at train station to get back to hotel.

Check if Oiso Long Beach is open during your stay first. I did not. Rooms are slightly dated but still nice. The location is nice to look at but not so great for those without a car. The nearest public transport is a bus and thats 10 minutes away and another 10-15 to the train station. Food outside the hotel is also a 10 minute walk, but the food inside the hotel is good. Try their take out for way cheaper prices. Staff here will struggle with english, but they will try hard. Last, it feels like the hotel is not meant to be walked to or out of by design so eating in becomes more favorable.

The specious Onsen included as a hotel facility make everyone so happy to relax after the long day. With the Onsen provided, the quality / price is good. Without Onsen, it can be too pricy. The room is quite big and clean.

I found that the seaview is not liked in the photo presented in the website. Maybe as I live in the 4th floor, not so high, I can see the swimming pool rather than the seaview.
